Operation Eastbridge: Supporting Schools
Supporting the community that supports my business is a top priority and there's no better way to support a community than to support the schools within it.
Being a long time resident of the Eastbridge neighbourhood, I've had the privilege of experiencing our neighbourhood schools first hand through being a student myself to now watching my son attend school in the same neighbourhood. My goal is to work within the Eastbridge community in order to give back to the schools that serve our neighbourhood. This led to the creation of Operation Eastbridge, a campaign to raise funds for special projects at each of the schools; Millen Woods, Lester B. Pearson, and St.Luke's.
My commitment is to donate $1000, from each funded mortgage of an Eastbridge resident, to the school of their choosing. These funds will be provided to the schools to support priority initiatives and projects. Millen Woods funds will be directed towards the goal of a new Kindergarten playground.
Fellow neighbours who complete a new mortgage with me (purchase, refinance, or lender switch) will choose which school their donation will be directed to. They will also have the choice to make the donation in their name(s) to the school or I can complete the donation anonymously. Confidentiality is crucial to my business and no personal information will be disclosed without collecting prior written consent.
Clients must qualify under all mortgage laws and legislation to secure a mortgage and subsequent rates.
